Tender, succulent organic mussels from Spain. Tinned with olive oil and vinegar "escabeche". These tender, delicious Spanish mussels come from the wild coast of Galicia in northern Spain. Organically cultivated, they are prepared in the local style, gently simmered and marinated in organic extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and spices to yield an exceptionally plump and tender mussel.
These mussels are raised in estuaries known for their clean water and rich aquaculture. They are then prepared by hand and canned using old mastery methods to preserve their flavor and tenderness. The cans are packed full of olive oil, vinegar, and spices to produce mussels that truly wow the senses.
