Winner of the 2019 Good Food Awards, this Grapefruit vinegar adds a delightful citrus twist to any treat. A combination of Virginia-made raw, unfiltered, organic apple cider vinegar, pressed organic pink grapefruit and organic cane sugar, Mother Shrub Grapefruit is excellent paired with tequila for a Paloma or mixed with sparkling water and garnished with rosemary for a refreshing soda.
Recipe: Tart & Shiny
1 1/2 oz. Belle Isle Ruby Red Grapefruit Moonshine
1 1/2 oz. MOTHER shrub grapefruit shrub
4 oz. seltzer water
Serve over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a grapefruit slice. For added oomph, add a splash of Prosecco.
