Collected from bees that foraged in the North Carolina Piedmont, this honey is smooth and buttery with slight savory notes. Thomas Jefferson himself described Tulip Poplar as "the Juno of our groves", and it is admired for it's strength and beauty. A delicious honey that pairs well with cheese or fruit, the smooth flavor is excellent on charcuterie boards.
